Refund policy
Refunds & Exchange
We manufacture and package the products with the highest care. We
don't offer any exchanges, refunds, or returns for things that have
been delivered in excellent condition as a matter of policy.
Replacements
Replacements are provided if the wrong product is delivered or if the
product received has a genuine manufacturing defect.We encourage our customers to take a video while opening a package so that, any products that
arrived in a damaged state due to transit will be replaced. You must
notify us of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it via
phone, WhatsApp, or email, along with appropriate images and videos of
the products and packaging.
We must receive the damaged products
within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order, we provide free cancellations for the same and refund the entire amount back to the source.
For any order cancelled post 24 hours of placing an order, we do not provide any cancellation and will only be providing a credit note for the same.
As part of usual business practice, Boxes Store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Boxes Store.
