Shipping policy

For orders containing products that are in stock with us, we dispatch the order within 4 days of receiving a confirmation.If the product is out of stock, we will manufacture it and dispatch it within 7 days.

 Shipping takes 5 -7 working days after the product has been dispatched. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Shipping comes at a nominal cost and estimated shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.

For customised orders or bulk orders, the shipping details are discussed with the client prior to confirmation of the order
